Green-Glow Tapestry

The Green-Glow Tapestry

My Grandmother gave me a tapestry
when I was just a child.

It seemed a lucky tapestry
for bad luck in her life ran mild.

She called it her Green-Glow Tapestry,
which was a unique work of art.

And the brightest glow in the tapestry,
represented kindness and thinking smart.

But if the color of the tapestry
lacked luster and seemed to dim.

She'd envision the glowing tapestry,
knowing her kindness had to kick in.

She said she knew that her tapestry
was merely a reminder, in part.

Because the little Green-Glow in the tapestry,
reflected the attitude within her heart.
